TEAM REGISTRATION FORM AND PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN ORDER TO BE SCHEDULED.  Any teams missing a registration form or who have not made payment by the deadline will not be scheduled.  

Special Requests -Form Required!  We are always happy to accommodate special scheduling requests when feasible.  Please download the Special Requests form -complete with reason for request.  Requests will be processed based on level of importance.


If you cancel registration more than 10 days  prior to scheduling you will receive a full refund!  Cancellations 8 days prior to scheduling you will receive a 50% refund.  Cancellations AFTER the schedule is released will NOT be refunded.  Cancellations due to weather conditions will NOT be refunded.
