Basketball Clinic Led By Sentinel Coach Pete Joseph
First camp june 21 - 25th
This will be an outdoor camp at Playfair Park led by Pete Joseph.
More instructors will be posted here as we reach our final numbers.
For Athletes K - 8th grade boys and girls of all playing levels. Players will be divided by age groups and playing ability. Half day camp please provide water and a light snack, plenty of sunscreen and extra layers of clothing.
8am to Noon will be check in and Warm ups. Zootown 406 5 to Come Alive Summer Campaign will be incorporated into the warm up section to cover breathing, stretching, nutrition and mind resiliency training. This summer we are working towards promoting overall wellness and tools the kids can use to combat anxiety, stress and isolation if efforts to combat the affects of the covid pandemic.
9am will be field games incorporating fun activities that will also increase agility, hand/eye coordination and balance.
10am to Noon will be specialized skill development fundamentals, basketball IQ, strength, agility and specialized instruction and skill building techniques.
